Delivery and Shipping Policy

Diesel Performance Mechanical Pty Ltd (DPM) make deliveries in both Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes, depending on the dimensions of the package.  If another courier option is chosen, they may not enable PO Box delivery. 

Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. 

Processing only occurs Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and any orders received over a weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

Processing times will vary based on product warehousing.  If the product is a DPM product your order will be processed within 3 business days.  If your product is a third-party provided product, please allow longer processing times. 

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.

Tracking Orders 

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking which will be sent to you via email after it has been dispatched.  If your order has not arrived, please contact us.

International orders are sent with Standard Airmail service.  This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

Delivery times 

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days (not on weekends or Australian or QLD state public holidays) – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected and depending on location.

Damage in Transit 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away, don’t touch it any further, as we will require proof that the item has been damaged in transit (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.)  You can lodge a claim directly with Australia Post if that is the chosen shipping provider.

Prices and Payment 

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will vary based on the product purchased, your shipping provider option chosen and your location. 

Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. DPM is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel, and will not offer refunds as a result of this.

Customs, Duties and Taxes  

DPM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


DPM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, take photos to support your claim.
