Diesel Performance Mechanical Pty Ltd (DPM) make deliveries in both Australia, New Zealand and the USA. If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes, depending on the dimensions of the package. If another courier option is chosen, they may not enable PO Box delivery.

REFUND AND REMEDY

Diesel Performance Mechanical Pty Ltd (“The Seller”) offers a range of products via online sales of custom products and is a reseller of other third-party manufacturers products. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem/defect with a product covered by consumer guarantees. “The seller” does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, found it cheaper elsewhere and/or incorrect selection during buying phase by the consumer (meaning you bought the wrong product – although in this case please contact us to discuss options).
